Job Responsibilities
As a Compensation Specialist Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team of one or more sales compensation analysts. This includes providing direction, prioritization of tasks, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of workflows and commission payments.

You will also support the field and other departments by responding to inquiries, resolving disputes, and supporting the exception review process. Additionally, you will manage the incentive compensation plan implementation in Xactly, including UAT (test scripts, logging defects, etc.).

We estimate the salary to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
