Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Chelmsford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, maintain the store's visual presentation, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
- Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems are necessary.
