Sales and Account Associate

As a Sales and Account Associate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with customers to find their dream home. We are committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
About the RoleThis role involves demonstrating comprehensive local knowledge, including amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing, as well as effective lead follow-up skills to convert enquiries to site visits. Our Sales methodology, schemes, and incentives will be utilised effectively to close sales, with a focus on achieving targets in line with business requirements.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, or estate agency. Commercially astute individuals with a good understanding of the market and competitors are also required. The ideal candidate will understand and act upon customer needs to maintain Company reputation, thrive under pressure, and communicate persuasively.
