Sales Account Specialist

In this exciting Sales and Account Management position, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service as part of our team in Chelmsford, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
This role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with commission and bonus potential.
