Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Brickability Group PLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales functions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be required to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
With a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them to find the best solutions for their construction projects.
We estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and databases related to sales activities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and calendars
- Manage customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
