Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support Administrator to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to both external customers and internal Sales Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service and sales support to customers, including answering technical queries and processing orders.
  • Discuss products, pricing, and process new orders, building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Process orders, including SIMs, sorting and processing bookings, checking and shipping, billing, and raising and sending billing information.
  • Support admin for field sales, creating proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service / customer support experience.
  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivation and ability to perform under pressure and time constraints.
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft packages.
