About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Amazon Freight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our external customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient transportation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen closely to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written methods, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous excellence.
About the Team

Amazon Freight Operations is the Pan-European control center for Amazon Freight's Shipper Support and Transportation Execution. Our team is responsible for planning and scheduling transportation orders, providing support to our customers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our European transportation network.

Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2 CEFR) and excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in process improvement techniques, such as kaizen, gemba, and process mapping.
