Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support Administrator to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to both external customers and internal Sales Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service and sales support to external customers and internal Sales Account Managers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical queries and order issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Discuss products, pricing, and process new orders with customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or sales administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
