About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Volunteer Programme Coordinator to support Adult Colouring in libraries across Stoke on Trent City Council Libraries Division. As part of the CLaY: Communities, Libraries and You project, you will engage with participants, welcome new members, and promote group awareness within local communities.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with diverse groups and individuals, providing excellent customer service, and sharing information about our services. Resources, materials, and equipment for groups will be provided.

  • Meet new people, make new friends, and share awareness of groups with local communities">
  • Support the delivery of Adult Colouring activities in libraries">

Salary Information

This is an unpaid volunteer role, estimated at £8-10 per hour based on 2-3 hours per week commitment.
