Job DescriptionBusiness Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our recruiter sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our recruiter customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers who align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in the recruitment industry.
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and leveraging online platforms, to engage with potential customers and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruiter marketplace, highlighting the benefits and advantages of using the platform for recruiters.
  • Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, understanding their requirements, and determining their suitability as potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and functionalities of our platform to highlight its value to prospective customers.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and implementation.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in a similar business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including knowledge of challenges, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, to effectively drive contracts to closure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, to manage and track sales activities.
