Housing Property Services Role at Carrington West

We are seeking an accomplished Neighbourhood Services Coordinator to contribute to our housing team's success. As a key point of contact for residents, you will address tenancy and estate management issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

This demanding position requires a candidate who can adapt quickly and leverage their housing management expertise to enhance resident well-being.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of succession, assignment, subletting, viewing, and sign-up procedures, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform regular estate inspections, working closely with caretaking teams to resolve identified issues.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY TEAMS AND SERVICES, such as repairs, income, social services, and caretaking, to ensure a coordinated service delivery approach.
  • Provide comprehensive support to tenants dealing with abuse, neglect, or safeguarding concerns, adopting a person-centred approach.
  • Monitor and record tenancy management, ASB, and estate-related matters accurately, keeping residents informed and ensuring timely issue resolution.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000, based on experience.
