Complaints Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Concerns Team as an Assistant Complaints Coordinator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our patient complaint management system. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare Datix reports, resolve early resolution patient complaints, and collaborate with services to resolve Grade 1 complaints.
Your key duties will include:
- Preparing and managing Datix reports, including logging and allocating complaints
- Resolving early resolution patient complaints and collaborating with services to resolve Grade 1 complaints
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to enquiries, and delivering an efficient and effective service in accordance with Putting Things Right (PTR) guidelines
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Quality Directorate, contributing to Patient Safety and providing essential administrative support to our Concerns Team. If you have excellent communication skills, are confident, and able to work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
