Senior Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Broughton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 12-month contract with our major engineering client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records using Google Suite and SAP systems.
- Analyse and compile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from SAP and Google Suite data.
- Coordinate invoicing documentation and ensure timely processing.
- Oversee the control of goods in and out, including part ordering and inventory management.
- Foster effective communication with subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Audit time booking for Tooling personnel to maintain efficiency.
- Liaise closely with the Tooling Planner to align operations.
- Facilitate the release of Tooling to customers, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Create and manage yearly recertification schedules and plans for ad-hoc/project laser work.
- Maintain regular contact with site planners to coordinate efforts.
- Update recertification plans and databases to reflect changing needs.
- Review weekly Out Of Life Tooling lists to identify potential issues.
- Monitor and track recert hours, generating relevant KPIs.
- Lead Jig & Tool Budget Reviews to optimise resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in fast-paced office environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to provide precise and up-to-date information.
Benefits:
