Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic HR Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Department, including managing day-to-day enquiries, preparing agendas and reports, minute taking, updating records, processing occupational health referrals and HR invoices.
This role can be based permanently in our Dundee office or part of our hybrid working model where a minimum of 3 days will be spent in our Dundee office. If looking to work in a hybrid way, we will need you to live within a reasonable commute of Dundee.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role
- Organisational and time management skills
- A polite, approachable and friendly manner with a passion for helping others
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to produce high quality, accurate work
- Confidence working with office-related computer packages
- The ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
- A positive approach with a eagerness to learn
