Administrative Talent Acquisition Specialist

**About the Opportunity:** We are seeking an Administrative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Sense Scotland. The role involves completing onboarding administrative tasks and assisting hiring managers with scheduling interviews and following up with applicants.
As the first point of contact for candidates, you will provide excellent support throughout the onboarding process. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other teams.
- Administration experience within a busy office environment, preferably in recruitment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and recruitment software such as JobTrain.
- A systematic approach to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- The ability to source and coordinate references for each candidate and make follow-up calls as needed.
- A keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve problems efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
