About You

We seek an experienced administrator who is interested in starting or progressing their career in academic publishing. While medical/biological/scientific experience is highly desirable, it is not essential for this position. Familiarity with publishing or academia is preferred, but excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills are required.

You will also need high-level IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team.

Benefits

Oxford University Press values work-life balance and offers a range of benefits to support this, including 25 days' holiday that rises with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure. We also offer a 35-hour working week, flexible working arrangements, and access to a variety of active employee networks and societies.

Additionally, we contribute to your pension up to 12% and offer loans and savings schemes through our partnership with Salary Finance, as well as travel to work schemes and local discounts.
