Are you an accomplished digital platform manager with a passion for delivering seamless user experiences?

Bloomsbury Publishing Plc is seeking an experienced Platform Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship eBook platform, Bloomsbury Collections.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the monthly release process, collaborating with developers, content architects, and product management colleagues to ensure the platform meets the needs of our global customer base.

As a key member of our digital product team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the platform, defining requirements based on user research and usage data.

With a strong track record of working on digital products, preferably in an academic publishing environment, you will be an adept problem-solver able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience with XML, publishing metadata systems, Jira, and user experience research, as well as a solid understanding of large datasets and usage analytics.
