Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at Despatch Cloud, a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our innovative e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce Despatch Cloud's products and services, identify their needs, and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Despatch Cloud's solutions to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific pain points and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business objectives and challenges to position Despatch Cloud as a trusted partner in their e-commerce journey.
- Utilise persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, update CRM systems with relevant information, and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive sales conversations to a successful conclusion.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.
