Job Title: Service Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Manager to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. This role will be responsible for leading the regional Service Line strategy and contributing to the sales process with a deep technical approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales and technical teams to drive go-to-market efforts for the Service Line
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the product life cycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing the client base
  • Identify suitable products and solutions based on customer and market assessment, and support their development in alignment with the global Service Group strategy
  • Implement the global Service Group strategy in the designated market, including financial and operational aspects
  • Submit regular sales and product reports, ensuring integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems
  • Own all technical aspects of the Service Line towards sales colleagues and clients, including training and health checks
  • Manage quotations with the proposal and engineering team
Requirements:
  • Good experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment
  • Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques
  • Ability to understand economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation, communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms
  • Skilled in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities
  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel
  • Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
