We are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Manager to lead our regional service line strategy and technical sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional service line strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Lead technical sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and coordinate customer relationships, including technical visits, trials, and support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and provide support for the development of new products and solutions.
- Implement global service group strategy in the designated market, including financial and operational aspects.
- Submit regular sales and product reports, and ensure integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
Requirements:
- Good experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment.
- Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
- Ability to understand the economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation and capable of communicating such complex concepts to customers in simple terms.
- Skilled in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
- Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.
