Job Title: Regional Service Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Line Manager to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. in APAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results in the mineral processing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead site audits, debottlenecking, and system optimization studies to improve plant efficiency and recoveries.
  • Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure proper aftermarket support.
  • Provide win/lost and product service line P&L reporting, customer feedback, and region market intelligence to Global Service Line Managers.
  • Enhance existing products by championing more effective production processes and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Good experience within the mineral processing industry, with a focus on comminution and extractive metallurgy.
  • Experience across multiple mineral processing flowsheets, including copper, nickel, gold, coal, and iron ore.
  • Business development experience with a proven track record of growing the business through strategic relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive optimization plans and deliver value to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
