At Membership Bespoke, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for converting prospects into members via a solution sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agreeing which targets to prioritize with line manager and where and who to promote the benefits of the respective organizations' services
  • Following up on campaigns to convert leads into membership
  • Desk-based research as required
  • Working collaboratively with other colleagues across the organization
  • Qualifying prospects and championing benefits and value propositions
  • Cross-selling where the opportunity arises
  • Recording all activity within the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Highly organized self-starter, motivated, and confident in their approach
  • Effective communicator both verbally and written
  • Pro-active approach and uses own initiative
  • Experience within a professional body or association is desirable but not essential
  • Some experience in sales or business development would be advantageous

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary £23,000-£26,000 OTE £28,000-£31,000 with excellent benefits including 34 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays/ Birthday off and a contribution of 8% pension and private healthcare
