Lettings Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Consultant to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that homes are fully occupied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the online marketing of available homes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring that systems and data are accurate and up to date for all lettings activity
  • Working with the Head of Lettings to carry out rental appraisals of the local market
  • Effectively delivering against operational KPIs such as lease up targets, occupancy rates, net income and customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular reports on lettings performance to the Head of Lettings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate and residential lettings, BTR/PRS is preferred but not essential
  • Able to work autonomously and make informed decisions in line with company processes and policies
  • A strict adherence to confidentiality regarding all forms of information and data
  • Ambition to grow within a rapidly scaling company
