About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional standards of service to new and existing clients, maintaining their site records and customer folders.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including monitoring job adverts, contacting applicants, and booking interviews. Handle new and existing employee queries and issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee the administration of new starters and leavers, ensuring all systems and spreadsheets are up to date and accurate.
  • Office Management: Organize and supervise office activities, including cleaning, waste management, and ordering stationery. Ensure visitors are signed in and out.
  • Coverage: Cover for the HR & Administration Manager when on holiday or absent.
