We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients requiring installation services for their products.
Key Responsibilities- Answering Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and emails, taking details of new bookings and handling call-outs.
- Booking and Scheduling: Liaise with installers, find the appropriate resource for a job, and make bookings between them and the client.
- Managing Bookings: Enter all information into our in-house systems, issue correct paperwork, and manage day-to-day issues such as cancellations and re-bookings.
- Payment and Administration: Take payment for work completed, liaise with Accounts to trade customers, and maintain accurate digital and paper records of work completed.
- Customer Support: Handle any queries about installation projects as they arise and provide a polite and constructive approach to colleagues and customers alike.
- Excellent Communication Skills: A friendly and helpful telephone manner, and confident on the phone.
- Good Work Ethic: Ability to remain productive, well-prioritized with minimal supervision.
- Computer Literacy: Confidence in working in an office environment and ability to oversee several open bookings at once.
- Team Player: Willingness and aptitude to learn, and a responsible person with a keen eye for detail, quality, and a 'get it right first time' method.
