Job Title: Band 5 and Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CAMHS Practitioner to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a CAMHS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of children and young people with mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide early intervention and support to children and young people with mental health difficulties
  • Work closely with schools, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote resilience and prevention of mental health issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective coordination of services and support
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care

Requirements:
