Senior Wine Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to £45k plus travel expenses and a wine budget.
Job Description: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants). You will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with our team to understand and communicate the unique stories of our wine selections.
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Represent our brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry.
- A strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants.
- Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, with an understanding of unique and artisanal wine categories.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
