We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wine Industry Coordinator to join our team at The Little Fine Wine Company.

Job Description

As the Senior Wine Industry Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse. This includes order processing, tracking courier deliveries, liaising with customers, and responding to their enquiries.

You will also be responsible for organizing mail outs, assisting with marketing and social media initiatives, packing orders, receiving deliveries, and setting up products on our website. Additionally, you will assist with ad-hoc projects such as customer tastings, events, and buying tastings.

Responsibilities:
  • Order processing and tracking of courier deliveries
  • Liaising with customers and responding to their enquiries
  • Organising mail outs and assisting on marketing and social media initiatives
  • Packing of orders and receiving of deliveries
  • Assisting with product set-up on the website, including writing wine descriptions/tasting notes and bottle photography
  • General office management tasks and assisting with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Excel and good all-round computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work independently to a high standard
  • Organised, with an eye for developing scalable processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • An interest in wine and food
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. A competitive salary, staff discount, and pension are offered.

This is a full-time position working predominantly in our office based in SW18, London.
