We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Quality Specialist to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the production process of primary poultry products to ensure they meet our high standards and customer specifications.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 13:45 to 22:15. Your role will involve adhering strictly to all hygiene, health, and safety requirements and maintaining safe working practices, particularly when it comes to lifting and handling techniques.

To excel in this position, you must be ready to start work on time, perform specified checks accurately, and methodically, with minimal delay or disruption to the production process. You will also be responsible for recording all information generated throughout your shift on the appropriate sheets, ensuring accuracy and legibility.

You will need to check and operate designated weighing, measuring, or monitoring equipment to guarantee its full operational capability and accuracy within specifications. Additionally, you will strive to reduce any negative environmental impact related to processes and procedures in your area and across the wider business.

This role requires ability to work with minimal supervision, so self-motivation and initiative are essential.
