Commercial Sales Representative - Commercial Insurance

£30k salary + bonus

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining market and competitor knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities by presenting benefits and key features effectively to acquire new business
  • Develop new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Maintain market and competitor knowledge
  • Meet (and exceed) the targets of the company by constantly searching for new revenue generating chances
  • Spot cross and up-sell opportunities, which can add value to customers and revenue
  • Input and maintain client information
  • Provide accurate statistics and reports for general analysis

Requirements:

  • You will be a self-starter with a team-player attitude to assist in hitting targets across new business and renewals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motor Insurance experience is an advantage
  • You will be confident dealing with clients over the phone or via email
