Regional Sales Manager - OEM Precision Engineering


Stirling Warrington is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join their team, responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth in the OEM Precision Engineering sector.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Conducting training and support customer visits and exhibitions
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing training and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing a company car or car allowance
  • Working from home with a phone, laptop, company credit card, and other necessary tools
  • Enjoying 34 days annual leave and a pension scheme
