About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vaccination Nurse to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Vaccination Nurse, you will play a crucial role in improving health outcomes for staff and patients by delivering a large-scale vaccination programme within hospital and community settings.
Main Responsibilities
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to provide a high-quality service to staff and patients.
- Ensure appropriate client safety while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Provide information to staff and patients to enable them to access the vaccination programme through informed consent.
Requirements
- 1st Level live NMC Registered Nurse.
- Awareness of national and local policy and guidance relating to Public Health.
