We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dynamic team at Connected Health, shaping the future of homecare in Northern Ireland.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support and care to service users, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.
You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care, while also contributing to the growth and development of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with service users, their families, and professionals involved in their individual service plans.
- Work within the policies and procedures of Connected Health, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with service users and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding changes in service users' conditions or circumstances.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- No prior experience is required, as we provide accredited training to help you thrive in this rewarding career.
- An empathetic nature, enabling you to form strong connections with service users.
- A driver's license and access to a car, facilitating your ability to visit service users in their homes.
