This prominent CNC Machining business boasts a reputation for delivering high-quality precision engineering solutions and has recently invested heavily in capital infrastructure to further enhance its capabilities. As such, they require an astute and ambitious sales leader who can leverage their technical expertise and networking prowess to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies, ideally within a similar industrial setting. They will also possess a deep understanding of the machining process and be adept at reading technical drawings. Additionally, experience in account management and relationship-building will be essential in forging strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders. The compensation package includes a competitive salary range (£60,000 - £80,000 per year), a company vehicle, and a generous bonus structure, among other benefits.
