About the role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through innovative partnerships? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and manage our global Partnership function. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering additional value from our existing commercial partnerships, supporting our passenger route targets, and developing new beneficial partnerships to broaden our distribution reach. You will also play a key role in extracting additional value from our existing product range and ensuring go-to-market strategies that maximize value from our product offerings. You will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the global Partnership function.
Delivering additional value from existing commercial partnerships to support passenger route targets.
Developing new beneficial partnerships to broaden our distribution reach.
Extracting additional value from our existing product range.
Developing our product range using our product partnerships.
Ensuring go-to-market strategies to maximize value from the product range.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic professional with over 5 years of experience, including management roles. If you have a deep understanding of the travel industry, and ideally the ferry industry, you might be the perfect fit for our team. Your strong leadership and people management skills, combined with excellent communication abilities, will help drive our global partnerships to new heights.
