About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Strategy Education in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will have experience working with pupils with a range of needs, including ADHD, Autism, SEMH, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia or EAL.

Key responsibilities include supporting children with varying additional needs, liaising with the class teacher, reporting on children's progress, and assisting on trips and visits to local attractions. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management and communication skills, as well as the ability to build professional relationships with pupils and staff.
