Are you an experienced teacher or learning support professional passionate about working with students with special educational needs? Educ8sen is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Teacher and Learning Support Professional. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, raising academic achievement, and fostering positive family involvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students from KS1 to KS5 in various settings across Essex, including schools, alternative provisions, and outreach services. You will be required to create schemes of work tailored to meet student needs, raise academic achievement, and encourage positive family involvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, and other special educational needs. They will also be able to work effectively in the community or students' homes, with occasional travel to different settings.

This is a full-time and/or part-time position, term-time only, with an estimated salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
