We are seeking an Unqualified SEN Teacher to join our team at GSL Education in Chelmsford.

The Role

As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
