Teacher for SEMH Provisions

MLK Search is supporting a unique, high-achieving group of independent SEMH provisions to recruit a dedicated SEN teacher for their team in London. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters for all National Curriculum subjects and offers a wide range of extracurricular activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and humanities, as well as contributing to the school's pastoral care and behavior management. They will also have the opportunity to lead on specific projects and initiatives, such as developing the school's extracurricular program.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of teaching experience, preferably in a similar setting, and hold a good first degree in a core subject. You will also need to have QTS with induction completed or equivalent teacher training, and further training or qualifications related to SEMH/SEN are desirable.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package, including private healthcare, daily lunch, and opportunities for high-quality professional development.
