About the Role:We are a leading UK mobile infrastructure services company, committed to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.
As a Business Growth Strategist at Cornerstone, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and securing mutually beneficial contracts through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
This role reports to the Head of New Business and supports the team in developing value propositions and managing the sales cycle to exceed sales targets and drive business revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new growth opportunities, increase revenue, and expand market share.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategy and target high-potential sectors.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities and customers to ensure consistent progress through all stages of the sales cycle.
A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, accompanied by an excellent bonus structure, 30 days holiday, a competitive pension scheme, hybrid working, life insurance, Cycle to Work, Retail Discount, a competitive refer a friend scheme, and Private Healthcare Insurance.
