We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our growth strategy.
As a key member of the team, you will lead a group of professionals to identify new opportunities, secure strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to identify new growth opportunities, increase revenue, and expand market share.
- Commercial Modelling: Craft data-driven commercial models and business cases in collaboration with Finance teams.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments to align business development initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.
