Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Modelling: Craft data-driven commercial models and business cases in collaboration with Finance teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments to align business development initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinking and organizational expertise.
    • Strong client relationship management.
    • Analytical prowess with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Dynamics.
