Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Director to manage the safe planning and execution of highways term maintenance contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial control and ownership of successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of highways term maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure financial control and ownership of successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years construction related supervisory/project management experience, ideally within the highways sector.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions, including programme management, risk management, cost management, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the NEC contract.
