**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Dementia and Nursing Home Carer to join our team at PurpleTribue's care home. As a Dementia and Nursing Home Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents with dementia and other complex needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a high level of care and service delivery

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant, preferably in a dementia or nursing home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
