About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the business is compliant with current UK employment legislation
  • Integrate HR with local management teams to make a valued contribution to the company in a multicultural environment
  • Be the first point of contact for designated Managers on a range of HR matters
  • Support designated Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues
  • Support with compensation change requests, merit review process, bonus plan and objective setting and implementation
  • Support the business and its employees during change programmes

Requirements
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience of operating in a similar role within a multi-sited complex organization
  • Deep knowledge of HR functional areas especially change management, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations
  • Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices
  • Autonomous, credible and solutions focused
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Ability to operate within an ever changing organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Licence to drive in the UK and be mobile for business trips in the UK
