About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a business-focused HR service across multiple sites in the West Country, Staffordshire, and Yorkshire.

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our sites, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will also be required to travel approximately 25% of the time, visiting our sites in Cornwall and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to our sites, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to visit our sites in Cornwall and beyond.
  • Work closely with our site managers and employees to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure consistency and best practice across all our sites.
