About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a business-focused HR service across multiple sites in the West Country, Staffordshire, and Yorkshire. As an experienced HR generalist, you will be a confident and capable business partner, working closely with site leaders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to site leaders and employees, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide HR support and guidance to site leaders and employees.

Requirements:
