Water Industry Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our Quality Regulation and Enforcement Team as an Environmental Regulatory Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in trade effluent management, permitting, and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating meetings with regulatory bodies, gathering data for performance reporting, and providing Trade Effluent public register information. Additionally, you will manage databases, collaborate with scientists, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. A strong understanding of EPR Regulations, WIA, UWWTR is required, along with excellent IT skills and experience in customer and administration roles.
