About the Role:
This Regulatory Technical Support Role is an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Regulation and Enforcement Team. As an Environmental Regulatory Assistant, you will ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. You will work closely with leadership to provide technical and administrative support, enabling effective Trade Effluent, Permitting, and Regulatory Reporting management. This role requires a basic understanding of EPR Regulations, WIA, UWWTR, along with strong IT skills and experience in customer and administration roles.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will coordinate meetings with Environment Agency, Ofwat, Defra, and Enforcement Panels. They will gather data for performance reporting and customer enquiries, support consenting process for regulatory requirements, and provide Trade Effluent public register information and manage database. Additionally, they will manage Trade Effluent mailbox and collaborate with TE Scientists, collate waste data for EA reporting, maintain exceptional customer service standards, record keeping and GDPR adherence, and team records management.
