Job DescriptionIn this permanent role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional standards of care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. A varied shift pattern is expected, with involvement in multiple aspects of home care to guarantee residents receive the best possible care.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including enhanced overtime pay, recognition of service payments (£250 in the first year), and unlimited £1200 'Refer a Friend' payments. Training and qualifications are funded by the company, and annual pay reviews recognize contributions to the care homes. Private healthcare options are also available.
