About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at NEAS. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in our adult residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults in the home and out in the community, helping them with daily tasks, accessing healthcare services, and engaging in activities they enjoy.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals in your care, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A can-do attitude, drive, and resilience for a demanding role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Committed to providing person-centered care and support.
